I. maintenance:
1. Always fill the bearing with grease.
2. Clean the bearing, felt seal, and oil cup in the bearing seat after the machine has worked for 200 hours. When replacing the felt seal, apply new grease.
3. Before starting up each time, check the tightness of the V-belt. If it is loose, strengthen it. If it is aging, replace it in time.
4. When not in use for a long time, clean the inside and outside of the machine, apply anti-rust oil, remove the triangular belt and store it in a dry place to prevent wind and sun.
